We assure you that all products sold on bettershopping.in are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is ‘Wrong Product sent’ or ‘Not as described’, our Easy Returns Program covers it. Some of the easy resolutions to issues that arise could be: Replacement, Exchange or Refund under the Easy Returns Program, subject to conditions:

  1. Not dispatched within 4 days after promised shipment date.

  • Any use or alleged use of bettershopping.in services through your account by any person, whether or not authorized by you; or the operation and content on your site or any breach of your representations and warranties and other covenants under this agreement.

Refund Policy

  • No exchange or refund will be entertained once the order is placed. Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is ‘OUT OF STOCK’ or ‘not shipped’.
  • Bettershopping will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment. Non-delivery chances occur on account of mistakes by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info of recipient not present at time of delivery).
  • Any extra cost incurred by bettershopping for re-delivery shall be chargeable.
  • Further claims and disputes will not be entertained after the delivery of the gadgets effected satisfactorily.

Delivery Conditions

  • The recipient is supposed to provide an ID proof during the time of delivery. This is to avoid any misuse of our online channel. The handset would not be delivered if the id proof is not provided.
  • Please note all items (including gifts if any) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

How is your Order Confirmed?

  • With every order, you will receive an e-mail, call and SMS notification containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product, you will receive another e-mail and SMS containing the shipping details.
  • If you believe that the product, is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting the delivery of the product, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care 9497007059 or log on to www.bettershopping.in/contact, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Returns Policy

  • Bettershopping is not giving the warranty and does not hold out any warranty of products sold.
  • Bettershopping will not be responsible for any defective/deficient or otherwise unsatisfactory products. No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed.
  • Bettershopping will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment due to Act of God, fire, flood, war, act of violence or any other similar occurrences.

Conditions for return:

  • The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
  • Please notify us via email or call our customer care number, of receipt of a physically damaged product with photographs within 48 hours of delivery and the product should be returned with immediate effect.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are reshipped within 2 working days of the date of delivery.
  • No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed. Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is ‘OUT OF STOCK’ or ‘not shipped’.
  • Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances like:
  1. Damages due to misuse of product.
  2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  4. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  5. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging, bettershopping retains the sole rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification bettershopping will either reship or replace the product to the customer.
  • In case product is physically damaged or wrongly sent/not ordered by you, then the bettershopping will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
  • In case the returned product is not as mentioned in 19(x), then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order.
  • Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
  • If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
  • There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a physically damaged product or a product that is not the same as per your original order; we will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
